Landmarks like Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, featured prominently in my Boothbay Harbor, Maine Photos gallery, is a beautiful white church overlooking the harbor, it was dedicated in 1926 to accommodate visitors to the area.

This trip initially started out as an opportunity to photograph puffin in the area, but the fog proved to be too thick around the island where they dwell, leaving me a reason to visit again for another try.
